AI vs. Agency

IMHO, we’ve been here before. We’re in motion.
Remember the shift to cloud computing? The move to browser-based applications? Software as a Service, text messages, email, flash drives, floppy disks, facsimiles, telegram… I may have gone back too far.
We’re in motion because we’re all wading through the promise and the hype of new technology, trying to find what’s worthwhile. If you value your time and desire positive outcomes, then it makes sense you care about getting it right.
Regardless of how things change, people still want to work with people — partners who understand context, nuance, and emotion. Agencies like ours utilize whatever tech makes sense for our clients.
The truth is that most people don’t want to “talk to AI.” They want results. The future of AI isn’t fully automated. It’s fully integrated with human expertise.
